Filter Plates for Diaphragm Filter Presses
The filter plate is a key device in the water treatment process, and it mainly plays the dual role of carrying the filter layer filtration and backwashing water (air) distribution in the filter tank.Its quality, especially its flatness and precision, directly affects the filtered water quality, water volume and long-term operating benefits of water plants and sewage treatment plants.
The filter plates are classified as following types by material: reinforced polypropylene plate, glass fiber reinforced polypropylene plate, rubber membrane plate, high pressure polypropylene membrane plate, cast iron plate, stainless steel plate etc. Also, the filter plates can be classified as following types by feeding method: central feeding, corner feeding and up central feeding according to location of inlet.
