Chain Conveyors With Large Conveying Capacity And Long Conveying Distance
Chain conveyors are industrial equipment that use chains as the core transmission element to transport materials. They achieve large-scale transport of materials such as pallets and large turnover boxes through special chains (such as accumulation chains), and are widely used in production lines in industries such as electronics, food, and logistics.
Synchronous chain conveyors have two chains moving synchronously, suitable for various assembly lines. Belt conveyors are popular due to their large capacity, long transport distance, and low energy consumption, but their inability to bend in a flat plane limits their applicability. In coal mines, due to varying geological conditions, transport tunnels often encounter faults and must bend, forcing long-distance transport systems to be divided into multiple broken lines. This necessitates the use of multiple belt conveyors (or scraper conveyors) to form multi-segment broken line transport lines to complete the transport task.
